    Mission as Consultant.

    Traffic sources analysis (Google Analytics), recommendations on SEO, Google Adwords campaigns & social media (reports and presentation).

    Customer Relationship Management, Datamining

    Trainee in Marketing & Communication department.

    I worked on the customers database (120 000 customers whom 40 000 actives). First, I tried to present the customer: etablish profils, geomarketing. Then, I compared the different Sauramps shops (uniq customers, share customers,...) to see what was the impact of the new shop's opening on the other shops. Finally, I gived recommandations to increase the sells.

    I can realised this mission because of my skills with Excel and Access.

    Trainee in Marketing & Communication department.

    First time, I worked on the launching of the new loyalty program (September 2009): intern & extern communication (mailing, posters,...), formation of employees,...

    After one year of use, I worked on the customers satisfaction: Why don't customers like the new loyalty program? What part do they represent compared to the total customers?... I realised an online questionnary, analysed answers and gived recommandations to improve the loyalty program.

    Indeed I learnt operationals, I also saw what were the difficulties to implement a new Information System: meet the company in charge of the IS programmation (resolution of technical problems of connexion with actual IS,...), manage the afraid of the employees about the change, manage a customer relationship (explanations,...).

    Web Environment

    Trainee in Marketing & Communication department.

    I worked on the specifications of new Sauramps website: design a model, how to improve commercial part,...

    In the same time, I worked on the development of the web environment: creation of a blog specialized for children & a Facebook group (to create an online community), research of partnerships (to increase the notoriety and affiliation), creation of videos to the web and to the shop (TV) (to communicate & animate),...

    I also realised an analysis with Google Analytics and gave recommendations.

    I learned to put on the web a commercial strategy and how to use Google Analytics. My web programming skills were a real advantage for this mission!

    Attract a new customer segment, Direct Marketing

    Mission, Trainee in Marketing & Communication department.

    The mission was to attract a student target. To do this:

    Creation of partnership: identification of major actors (students associations, university communication department,...), contact them, creation of partnership (in respect of private/public law).

    Communication campaigns: mailing, posters, distribution of an agenda. I also worked on the design of the agenda: redaction of the content, advertising insertions (sponsoring),...

    Trainee in Marketing & Communication department.

    Organisation & communication of a lot of events such as meeting with authors, forums (Comédie du Livre, BD Palavas), festivals (FIRN) and games (Prix des Incorruptibles, summer game).

    At the end of my workplacement, I had the idea to create a game for the Polymag magazine, that I finally realised.

    Design of Daft Punk's helmet with cardboard, fiberglass, resin... Then organisation of Daft Drunk parties: contact with pub's managers, creation of flyers, street & online communication, animation of parties (DJ).

    Market research, Website

    Mission in pairs.

    We made a market research to know if it was interesting to develop a takeway activity of the restaurant La Comtesse. Then, we designed a model website to give an idea to the manager of what could be its website.

    We learned how to design a market research project and how to work in team.

    Website

    Intern in an University research center.

    The mission was to create a dynamic website for teachers or students who wanted to administrate an online questionnaire to make a market research. Then, the administrator could extract answers in a file .csv, to do statistics.

    I learned web programming language (XHTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript), database management (SQL language) and of course, improved my english.

    Events, association

    Vice President of students association.

    With other active members, we organized sporting activities, students parties, a skiing trip,... and we were involved in some shows (student shows, university open days).

    We learned how to manage a group (100 students) and we acquired a first experience in negociation and communication.
